Types of Positions We Offer


Our full and part-time staff positions include:

Direct Service Provider:
This position requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field. Exceptional applicants who haven't completed their bachelor's degree will be considered if they have completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis or considerable experience working in this field. The direct service provider will receive an intensive initial training courses followed by ongoing in-service training and supervision. All direct service providers are also required to attend staff update meetings.

Senior Therapist:
The senior therapist will have a BCaBA®, fulfilled the qualifications of a direct service provider with the addition of at least two years’ experience in the field, and the successful completion of a company coursework/examination demonstrating an advanced level of knowledge in the field of applied behavior analysis. Senior therapists may be called on to supervise and train direct service providers, write reports, perform assessments, and recommend program changes to supervisors.

Clinical Supervisor:
A clinical supervisor must have a certification in applied behavior analysis (BCBA®) and 2-3 years of experience working within the field. The clinical supervisor designs, coordinates, and modifies behavioral programs, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, performs behavioral assessments (including functional analyses), and oversees the quality of service delivery. The BCBA® also provides regular supervision for senior therapists and direct service providers.

Clinical Director:
Must have either a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field; or a special education teaching credential. Certification in applied behavior analysis (BCBA®) required. They must have over three years of experience working within the field, one year of which must include supervisory/management responsibilities. The clinical director designs, coordinates, and modifies behavioral programs, performs behavioral assessments (including functional analyses), and oversees the quality of service delivery. The clinical director also provides regular supervision for senior therapists, direct service providers and supervisors, performs ongoing and initial assessments (including functional analyses), and supervises their work.

Speech Therapists:
Minimum requirements for clinical positions are a master’s degree and appropriate clinical licensure or certification. In addition, all ST staff are given ABA training. The primary role of the speech therapist is the following:

•  Conduct ongoing speech, language, communication, and language learning assessments to determine the direction of the program and design programs to address the identified challenges.

•  Request parents to take part in therapy sessions.

•  Conduct ongoing assessments to determine what communication issues are interfering with learning as well as design programs to address the identified behaviors.

•  Develop and implement goals and objectives in the areas of speech (e.g., to address articulation, childhood apraxia of speech), language (e.g., to address receptive and expressive language disorders), communication (e.g., social language/pragmatics) and cognitive skills.

•  Provide written data after each session.

•  Collaborate with all other team members.

•  Provide appropriate referrals to other professionals in the community.

Occupational Therapists:
Minimum requirements for clinical positions are a master’s degree and appropriate clinical licensure or certification. In addition, all OT staff are given ABA training. The primary role of the occupational therapist is the following:

•  Conduct ongoing assessments to determine what sensory processing issues are interfering with learning as well as design programs to address the identified behaviors.

•  Request parents to take part in therapy sessions.

•  Develop and implement goals and objectives in the areas of fine and gross motor skills, visual motor integration, motor planning, daily living skills, sensory or motor based feeding challenges, and reducing rigidity and increasing flexibility within daily living routines.

•  Provide written data after each session.

•  Collaborate with all other team members.

•  Provide appropriate referrals to other professionals in the community.

Physical Therapists:
Minimum requirements for clinical positions are a master’s degree and appropriate clinical licensure or certification. In addition, all PT staff are given ABA training. The primary role of the physical therapist is the following:

•  Conduct ongoing assessments in the area of physical development.

•  Request parents to take part in therapy sessions.

•  Develop and implement goals and objectives in the areas of mobility, gait, gross motor development, motor skill performance, balance, postural control and alignment, strength, endurance, coordination, motor control, motor learning, flexibility and/or muscle tone.

•  Provide written data after each session.

•  Collaborate with all other team members.

•  Provide appropriate referrals to other professionals in the community.

Developmental Specialists for Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy:
Developmental specialists/Direct Staff are responsible for treatment of specific cases as assigned by directors. Developmental Specialist/Direct Staff work under the supervision of behavior analysts or master’s degree level clinicians who work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Other responsibilities include documenting, attending meetings, attending in-service trainings and other duties assigned by the directors.

Minimum requirements for developmental specialist/direct staff positions are a bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s degree in progress in speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, child development, educational psychology or special education. Must have experience with children. ABA experience preferred, but will train qualified candidates. SLPA, COTA, BCABA certification a plus.
